Sintered silicon carbide (SSiC) is a polycrystalline alpha-type silicon carbide produced from pure submicron SiC powder with non-oxide sintering aids. It is processed in a proper ceramic forming process of extrusion, dry pressing or isostatic pressing, and sintered at 2,200 degrees Celsius in an inert gas atmosphere.
Features:
Super high-temperature stability
Good specific stiffness
Strong oxidation resistance
Applications:Ceramic high-temperature kiln.
Other SSiC products:
Crucibles, Radiant Tubes, Thermocouple Protection Tube, Burner Nozzles, Process Furnace Tubes, Solid Rods, High-Temperature Fixtures, Tooling, Custom Components, etc.
